If we ever hope to improve our economy, we must focus our efforts on the American worker, not the CEO'S and executives of failing institutions. We must not reward bad management practices or we will  continuously suffer this same outcome. These executives lost Americans billions of dollars and many of their companies would have gone bankrupt if not for the bailout. Still most kept their jobs

while millions of others lost theirs. It is the American worker who is the customer who buys the products and services that drive business and the economy, not the CEO'S or the government.

I do not promote giving out patronage jobs that do little more than help those that receive them We must create jobs that will help solve the problems that we have been debating for years. Jobs that will lower unemployment, eliminate waste and corruption, and create a smaller less costly government that will result in lower taxes and more control by it's citizens. These are a few of the jobs I propose along with their cost savings.

    Immigration

Create 5,000 jobs of field agents and prosecutors to not only go after illegal's, but those who employ them. Increase penalty's with mandatory jail time for repeat offenders. If they can not get jobs they will stop coming. To be paid for by lower unemployment, lower costs in health, education, and social services. It is not a coincidence there is estimated millions of illegal immigrants at the same time millions of Americans are out of work. The statement by business that they do work that Americans don't want to do is not true in most cases. Business only wants cheap labor and are not past breaking laws to get it. Getting immigration under control will be the biggest single factor in lowering American unemployment.

     Medicare/Medicaid

Create 5,000 jobs of field agents and prosecutors to stop medicare fraud estimated in the hundreds of millions of dollars. To be paid for in medicare savings. Prosecuting teams will be required to show a success rate of that at least twice their salaries.

     Justice

Create 5,000 additional jobs of prison guards. The majority of crime is committed by former felons. If we doubled time spent in jail, we would cut the crime rate in half and provide a sense of justice to the victims. The revolving door policy we now have has proved ineffective. Lets keep these criminals off our streets and away from our children who they are recruiting for the next generation of themselves. To be paid for by lower police, prosecution, and judicial costs. Lower actual and insurance

costs for injuries from assault and loss of property.

     Taxes

I propose eliminating the Internal Revenue Service. I know many may think this is impossible, but remember this country grew and prospered without a income tax until the early 1900's. There may have been a need for additional revenue to run the government, but once they were given the right to tax citizens directly the federal government grew in leaps and bounds. We must question if all this growth was really necessary.

Simplicity is the key. Every American files a federal tax return. Most also file a state tax return. Much of the information for the state return is taken from the the federal return. Why not file a combined return with your state government? They will process the return and send the federal portion of taxes on to the treasury or request a refund for the taxpayer. The accounting and clerical workers employed by the I.R.S. would be absorbed by the states to accommodate the increased work load. You would effectively be cutting the head off of the dragon . Shedding a layer of management and bureaucracy, saving millions of taxpayer dollars, and providing a wealth of expensive I.R.S. real estate to be sold off to pay on the national debt. There are many other state and federal agencies that are redundant. The bottom line is a smaller less costly federal government will result in lower taxes. If we can not raise the incomes of the American workers, the least government can do is lower their expenses so they can have a better quality of life,

Of course most of the politicians and bureaucrats will fight this vehemently. They know that returning collection of taxes back to the states will give the taxpayers more control over their government and how their taxes are spent. They are unwilling to give up a system they can easily manipulate and a credit card seemingly without limits. They will attempt to scare the public with dire predictions of economic Arrmogedden  if we dare attempt to tamper with their sacred system. Do not believe their lies. Remember they are supposed to be working for you. We must stop accepting government mandates without question. We must invest ourselves in the political system to preserve our Constitutional rights, our jobs and economic interests, and the hard earned wages we need to support our families. If you are overwhelmed by the political system and think investing yourself in the politics is too difficult, contact me. I can tell you numerous ways to make a real impact that will not cost you a lot of time or money.
